Clinton Convention & Visitors Bureau

And we’re off! Today we wrapped up the project for Clinton’s Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. They do such a great job promoting the positive aspects of Clinton, IA and we’re proud to help them do their job. After one year of the MyBike program, and upgrades to the app, the CVB needed new directions to explain how to rent a bike. At only $1 an hour to rent a bike, it’s a great way for boaters, tourists or locals looking for something new!

  • If a boater needs some ice, they can rent a bike, go to HyVee or Family Video for some ice, put the ice in the bike’s back tray, and get back to the river in less than an hour!
  • If someone wants to see more of the riverfront, the MyBike program is a great way to do it! The whole bike path goes from Eagle Point Park all the way down to Camanche.
  • Do you work near a MyBike docking station? Get some good exercise in on your lunch break! For only $1 an hour, you can burn a few calories without lugging your bike around!

With all that being said, Clinton is blessed to have the MyBike program. Many, many cities our size and larger than us don’t have a bike-share program. While using an Iowan company, the Gateway is showing greatness with this simple and awesome program. Make sure to support the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau when you can!
